Dr. Lindsay Herzog is a graduate of National University of Health Sciences, completing her doctorate degree in chiropractic medicine. Prior to that, she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Michigan. Dr. Herzog recently obtained her Masters in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine through the University of Western States.
Dr. Herzog enjoys working with all kinds of patients but has a special interest in athletes and sports injuries. She is certified in the McKenzie Method, which focuses on conservative treatment of intervertebral disc pathology. She is a provider of Myofascial Release Technique and Graston, which supports the body’s neuromuscular system by restoring proper tissue function of muscle and surrounding fascia. TMJ therapy is also an expertise of Dr. Herzog. She recently completed training in prenatal care and Webster Technique through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association.
Outside of the office, she is passionate about staying active through soccer, yoga, and weight lifting. She loves University of Michigan sports, cooking, and finding new ways to make healthy food delicious.
